Who pays Orvoxa — me or my customers?+
You do. Your customers pay you, at the prices you set, through your own payment gateway. Your plan decides how many hosting accounts you can run and how much storage they share.
What are “ticket replies” and “chat replies” by your team?+
Every plan includes a monthly number of replies our support team sends to your customers under your brand. Replies you or your own staff send are never counted. When the allowance runs out you choose: top up automatically at the published per-reply price, or stop until next month and answer yourself.
What is the AI website rewrite?+
An add-on for USD 9, paid once per website. It does keyword research for your business and rewrites the template text into your own words, so your site is not a copy of everyone else's.
How fast am I live?+
About a minute after you pay. A setup wizard asks for your business name, contact details, logo, colours and template, and fills them in across your whole website.
Can I use my own domain?+
On Growth and Scale. Connect a domain you already own, or buy one from us — we set up DNS and SSL and switch your store over. Starter runs on a free yourbrand.orvoxa.com address.
What if a customer needs more CPU or RAM?+
Every account gets the standard allowance. Extra CPU and RAM for a busy site is an add-on, so you only pay for it where it's needed.
Is there a yearly discount?+
Yes — pay yearly and get 2 months free.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any month. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export all your data.
