Steps
- Sign in to your brand admin. See Open your brand admin.
- In the menu, open Customers → Customers.
- Type part of their email or name in Search by email or name... and press Enter.
- To narrow the list, click All, Active (customers with at least one active service or domain) or Inactive (customers with none). To see whether a customer is suspended, open their page.
- Click the customer's row to open their page.
What you see on their page
- Customer Information: email, name, company, phone, country, status, whether their email is verified, when they registered and when they last signed in.
- Wallet Balance, and Domains with View all → for the full list.
- Services: each service with its due date and status. Manage opens it. Login Control Panel opens their hosting control panel in a new tab.
- Recent Invoices and Recent Tickets. Click one to open it.
- Admin Actions: Place Order, Reset Password and Suspend User.
Suspend a customer
Under Admin Actions, click Suspend User and confirm with Suspend. Your customer can no longer sign in, but their services stay as they are. To let them back in, click Unsuspend User.
Common problems
The customer is not in the list
Click All and search by their email. Each customer belongs to one brand only, so a customer of another brand never shows here.
A button says it failed
