You have two places to work, and each has its own sign-in:
- Your Owner Account on orvoxa.com: your brands, your plan with us, payments, staff access, export and transfer.
- Your brand admin, at your brand's address followed by /admin: where you run your store, with customers, orders, products and theme.
Steps
- Sign in to your Owner Account on orvoxa.com.
- In Your brands, click your brand, for example Bright Hosting.
- On the brand's Overview, find the Bright Hosting admin card and click Open Bright Hosting admin. It opens in a new tab.
- Sign in there with your Bright Hosting admin sign-in.
About the two sign-ins
When you created your brand, its admin sign-in started with the same email and password as your Owner Account. After that they are separate: changing one never changes the other.
To change your brand admin password, open Sign-in & security, find Your brand sign-ins and click Manage your sign-in next to the brand. This opens Staff access, where your own row has Set a new password.
In this help centre, a step that says "Sign in to your brand admin" means the steps above.
Common problems
My Owner Account password does not work in the brand admin
They are separate sign-ins. Set a new brand admin password from Staff access, as shown above.
I see a different main button on Overview
When something needs your attention, the main button takes you there first. Use the Open Bright Hosting admin link in the Bright Hosting admin card further down.
