These plans show Your own server: and the server's size on the plan card, at sign-up and on Plan & capacity.
If you start a new brand on one
- The last sign-up screen says Your account is ready. You can set up your store while you wait.
- Your store opens to customers when the server is ready. Until then you cannot switch on real payments or open your website.
- Your paid month or year starts when the server is ready. Plan & capacity says so, and the next charge is one month or one year after that.
If you move up to one later
Your brand keeps working as it does today while we set up its own server. See Change your plan.
What happens next
While we work, the notice says your private server is being set up. When it is ready we email you, and the notice changes to Your private server is ready.

Common problems
I can't buy these plans
If a group of plans can't be bought yet, the page says so and lets you leave your email. We tell you when they can be bought. If a group has no checkout, tell us what you need in the form under it and our team emails you.
