Steps

  1. Sign in to your brand admin. See Open your brand admin.
  2. In the menu, open Support → Changelog.
  3. On Your entries, click Write an entry.
  4. Pick a Kind: Feature, Improvement or Fix.
  5. Type What changed in one line. Add more in Detail if you need to.
  6. Switch on Customers may see this.
  7. Click Save. The entry is saved as a draft.
  8. In the list, switch the entry on. The row then says Live instead of Draft.

What happens next

Your customers see the entry on What's new when they sign in to their client area, grouped by month with the newest first. To take it down, switch it off so the row says Draft, or delete it with the bin button.

Updates from the platform

Open From the platform to see the updates we publish. Each has a switch: Hidden means your customers don't see it, Shown means they do. You decide for each one.

Some words used inside the platform can't be used in an entry your customers read. If saving is refused, the message names the word. Change it and save again.

Common problems

My entry doesn't show on What's new

Check that the row says Live and does not say Internal only. If it says Internal only, edit the entry and switch on Customers may see this.

I can see the list but not the buttons
