Overview
Open your brand admin and click Overview. You may see:
- Setup of Bright Hosting: how much of your setup is done, the next step, and See all setup steps.
- A reminder to get your domain, if your store still uses its free address. The X hides it for 30 days.
- Revenue Today and Revenue This Month: paid invoices, converted to your brand's currency. Today is counted in UTC.
- Total Customers, with how many joined today.
- Services: how many are Active and Suspended.
- Support: tickets that are Open and Awaiting customer.
- Recent Activity: your latest orders.
Each person sees only the tiles their role allows. The setup card and the domain reminder show only to roles that can Change store settings. Money figures need See payments and wallets or See reports and analytics. A role without See the overview gets Your shortcuts instead.
Analytics
In the menu, open Overview → Analytics. Your role needs See reports and analytics.
- MRR: money from completed payments since the 1st of this month.
- ARR: that amount times 12.
- ARPU: that amount divided by your number of customers.
- Churn Rate: customers whose service was cancelled or ended last month, as a share of customers with active services from before this month.
- Monthly Revenue: completed payments per month, for the last 12 months.
- Customer Growth: new customer sign-ups per month.
- Top Products: what is ordered most, with orders and revenue.
- Payment Gateways: the share of payments through each gateway.
- Support Stats: open and closed tickets, and Avg First Reply for tickets from the last 30 days.
Common problems
My staff member sees no revenue
Their role doesn't include See payments and wallets or See reports and analytics. Add one if they should see money.
Analytics is not in the menu
