Steps
- Open Owner Account, choose your brand and click Export my data.
- Under Make a new export, click Export my data.
- Enter Your Owner Account password and click Start export.
- Wait while it says We are preparing your export. You can leave the page and come back.
- When it says Your export is ready. Download it below., click Download under Your exports.
What the file holds
The screen says: "The file holds your customers, their services and domains, invoices, payments and support tickets. Passwords and payment keys are never included."
What happens next
A download link works for a short time and only for you. Click Download again for a fresh link. Keep the file somewhere safe: it holds your customers' details. The screen shows how many more exports you can make today.
Common problems
It says That Owner Account password isn't right
Type it again. Wrong passwords count toward the sign-in lockout.
The Export my data button is greyed out
You have made today's exports for this brand. Try again tomorrow.
It says The export did not finish
Try again.
