Steps
- Open Owner Account, choose your brand and click Plan & capacity.
- Under Your plan, click Cancel plan.
- Read the box, then click Cancel at period end.
What happens next
Your plan shows Your plan ends on and the date. Until then everything keeps working and you are not charged again. On that date the plan ends: its status shows Ended, your customers' services are suspended and our support team stops answering your customers. Your website itself stays as it is.
Change your mind
Before the end date, click Resume plan. Your plan then renews as normal. After the plan has ended, write to us to start a plan again.
There is no button to pause a brand for a while. A brand is only paused when a plan payment is not made. See What happens when a plan payment fails?.
Common problems
There is no Cancel plan button
A plan our team gave you at no charge is looked after by our team. Write to us.
It says payments are not up to date
Pay what you owe first, then cancel.
