Hide or retire a product

A product is never deleted. You switch it off. An inactive product is hidden from your website and cannot be ordered.

Steps

1. Sign in to your brand admin. See Open your brand admin.
2. In the menu, open Catalog → Products.
3. Click the bin icon next to the product.
4. In Deactivate this product?, click Deactivate.

Or open the product with the pencil, untick Active (visible to customers) and click Save Changes.

What happens next

• The product shows as Inactive in the list.
• It is no longer shown to customers, and new orders for it are refused.
• Customers who already have this plan keep their service. It keeps renewing at their price.

Sell it again

Open the product with the pencil, tick Active (visible to customers) and click Save Changes.
