Set up your website

In short

Answer four short questions about your business, pick a design and click Build my website. You do it from Website in your Owner Account, or from Storefront → Website setup in your brand admin, and you can run it again any time.

  • Updated October 2026

The website setup puts your business name, contact details, logo and colour on every page of your website. It takes about a minute.

Steps

  1. Open Owner Account, choose your brand and click Website. (Or sign in to your brand admin and, in the menu, open Storefront → Website setup.)
  2. Your business: type your Business name, for example Bright Hosting. What do you sell? and Tagline are optional. Click Next.
  3. How customers reach you: fill in the Email, Phone, WhatsApp, Country, City and Address you want to show, and leave the rest empty. Tick Same as phone if WhatsApp uses your phone number. Click Next.
  4. Your look: click Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPG or WebP picture. Pick a Brand colour, or type a colour code in Or type your own. No logo yet? Skip it and add one later. Click Next.
  5. Pick a design: choose the design you like, then click Build my website.

What happens next

You see Your website is ready. Click Continue setup to carry on towards going live. View website shows the Under construction page until you go live; to see the website you built, use Preview website (see What visitors see before you go live).

The business name you type becomes your brand's name, and the email and phone become your brand's contact details.

To change anything later, open the same screen and click Change answers, change what you need and go through to Build my website again. If you pick a different design you are asked first, and your edits to each design are kept.

Building your website does not open it to the public. Visitors see the Under construction page until you go live. See What visitors see before you go live and Go live.

Common problems

It says "Use your own business name and details."

One of your answers contains the name Orvoxa. Your website only shows your own brand, so type your own business details instead.

My logo won't upload

Use a PNG, JPG or WebP picture. If it says the picture is too big, use a smaller one. If there were too many uploads, wait a few minutes.

It says "We darkened your colour slightly so buttons stay easy to read."

Your colour was too light for white button text, so it was made a little darker.

It says "You can't change the website"

Your staff role does not allow website changes. Ask the brand owner, or someone who manages the website.
