You do not need to pause services for unpaid invoices yourself. That happens on its own on your billing timetable. See Renewals and payment reminders.

Suspend (pause) a service

  1. Sign in to your brand admin. See Open your brand admin.
  2. In the menu, open Catalog → Services.
  3. Tick the box next to the service. You can tick several.
  4. Click Suspend in the bar that appears.
  5. Type the reason and click OK. Nothing is paused without a reason.

Unsuspend (restart) a service

  1. In Catalog → Services, click Manage next to the service.
  2. Click Unsuspend.

You can also tick several suspended services in the list, click Unsuspend and then OK.

End a service for good

  1. Open the service with Manage.
  2. Click Terminate.
  3. In Terminate this service?, click Terminate.

Terminate cannot be undone. To let a service end at the end of its paid time instead, turn off Auto Renew. See Cancel a customer's service.

What happens next

The status changes to Suspended, Active or ended. When a customer pays the invoice of a service that was paused for non-payment, it starts again by itself.

Common problems

It says some services could not be changed

Only Active services can be suspended, and only Suspended ones restarted. The others you ticked were skipped.
