Each level is an amount and a bonus. A customer who adds at least the amount gets the bonus on the whole top-up. Below your first level there is no bonus. Amounts are in your store's currency.
- Sign in to your brand admin. See Open your brand admin.
- In the menu, open Billing → Wallet bonus.
- Type each level: A top-up of at least and Bonus (%). Each level needs a bigger amount and a bigger bonus than the one above it.
- Click Add a level for more, or the bin next to a level to remove it.
- Read What a top-up gets to check what each top-up size earns, then click Save.
- To stop giving a bonus, turn off Give my customers a bonus on top-ups and click Save. Your levels are kept for next time.
- A change counts for top-ups paid from then on. Bonus credit already in a wallet stays.
- A top-up you mark as paid yourself (a bank transfer or cash) gets the same bonus as one paid online.
- Your customers see your levels on their Wallet page, the same ones you saved.

A customer's wallet is in another currency
The levels are worked out in that currency at today's exchange rate, and their Wallet page shows them that way.
