Turn on your affiliate program

With an affiliate program, your customers share a link to your website. When someone they sent pays their first invoice, they earn a share of it. You decide the share.

Steps

1. Sign in to your brand admin. See Open your brand admin.
2. In the menu, open Billing → Affiliates.
3. Under Program settings, tick Run an affiliate program.
4. Type the Commission (%): the share of the first paid invoice, from 0 to 100.
5. Type the Minimum payout in your brand's currency. Affiliates can ask to be paid once they have earned this much.
6. Type the Cookie days: how long a click on a link is remembered, from 1 to 365.
7. Read the list under When you save: and click Save.

What happens next

• You see Saved. Your customers can now join from Affiliate in their client area.
• Your website gets an affiliates page at /affiliates that explains your program with your own numbers.
• A new commission counts for people who sign up after you change it. People already referred keep the rate from when they signed up.
• If you turn the program off, nobody new can join and clicks on links are not remembered. Money already earned and payout requests already waiting stay.

Common problems
