From checkout to a working service
- Your customer clicks Order Now on a plan on your website, or Place Order in their client area.
- They choose the plan, a domain, the billing cycle and any add-ons, then click Place Order.
- An order (Pending), an invoice and a service (Pending) are made. Your customer is taken to the invoice.
- They pay online, from their wallet, or by an offline method such as bank transfer.
- When the invoice is paid, the order becomes Paid and the hosting is set up. Your customer gets a receipt and an email when the hosting is ready. Your team is told about the payment.
Where you see orders
In your brand admin, open Billing → Orders. Filter by Pending, Paid, Cancelled and more. Open an order to see its items and invoice.
Orders paid outside your store
Open the order and click Accept Order (mark paid + activate). This marks it paid and sets the service up. Cancel Order cancels an order that is not paid yet. It does not cancel its invoice: open the invoice in Billing → Invoices and click Void too, or your customer keeps getting reminders for it.
Until you go live, checkout is a demo: no money is taken. See Go live.
Common problems
A customer paid but the service is not set up
Your team gets the email "A service needs your attention". If your plan's account limit is full, setup cannot finish: check Plan & capacity in your Owner Account first (see Change your plan). Then open the service and click Push to Server.
Lots of Pending orders
These are orders whose invoice was never paid. You can tick them and click Cancel Selected, then void their invoices in Billing → Invoices.
